When one searches the website or looks at seasonal offers, there are sometimes haram or un-islamic products which have crept on to the system. We DO NOT wish to have these on our site.

We do our best to counteract this, but we do not have immediate and complete control of the backend of our services. We have removed many non-halal cashback links, especially if they are blatantly haram and offensive to our mostly muslim user database.

However, it would be unwise of us to completely remove certain merchants as they are used by Muslim members and non-members alike e.g. ASDA Flowers - Some brothers and sisters have complained in the past about this, but we will say sorry that we cannot remove this. There is nothing inherently haram about the flowers, it’s the intent of the person be it on what the west celebrate on Mothers day, Fathers day or even Valentines day.

However on products which have absolutely no relation to Islam, such as Gambling or Wines, then we will remove them. Please understand this might take a bit of time as, like we said earlier, we do not have immediate control of the merchants that are uploaded onto our system. Many products have been removed and they will continue doing so!
